Returns:

SouthlandOutfitters.com is a subsidiary of CorFun Inc. CorFun Inc will accept authorized returns only. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Shipping back to us must be via UPS or USPS at your expense. Items must be returned in the condition they were received by you. Item that are soiled or show signs of unusual wear or damage that can be attributed to misuse will not be accepted. CorFun is not responsible for lost or damaged returns en route to us.

Although orders are packed with the utmost care, every now and then merchandise does arrive broken. In cases such as these, notify us immediately so we can make arrangements to have merchandise shipped back and replaced.

If there is any error with your order, we will pay return shipping and give full credit.

When to expect delivery:

Bulk orders may be subject to special delivery terms. Prior to making a large wholesale order, please contact us to ensure prompt delivery.

Normal shipping of in-stock items is within 2 to 3 days. If there is any delay in order shipping, we will contact you at the registration email you provide.

Out of stock items:

We do our very best to always have what you want in stock, however it is not always possible. We can accept back orders. If you backorder a product we will let you know the availability as soon as we receive the order.

Privacy

Our shopping cart does require registration. This is purely for your convenience as a shopper. Your information will never be shared with any outside entitry besides CorFun and the non-profit your shopping supports. We will never sell your email address, or use any of your personal information for any solicitation. You may receive updates from your supported non-profit which will be generated by CorFun, but never from a third party.
